April 22 in Vladivostok held an event “Bell of Peace” in the international environmental campaign Earth Day. When, in 1970 began to celebrate Earth Day in the United States, and in 2009 the UN General Assembly made this international festival.
Earth Day was held in Vladivostok on the central square of the city. It was attended by more than 10 creative teams of the city (children’s dance group “Vitamins”, a children’s circus studio “Fairy Tale”, etc.), as well as a number of community organizations that are committed to the environment. Participants were reminded of the holiday around that 20-30 years ago Primorye was environmentally friendly and “green” edge.
