Finally, the time when the supply of functional mobile phones have proved less than smartphones. And in the smartphone market with one of the major players is a South Korean company Samsung. In the first quarter of 2013, the manufacturer has put 29.6% of all smartphones. In addition to Apple remaining companies have stakes in the range of 5%. Apple’s share appears to be relatively well and is 15.3%. Interestingly, for the same quarter in 2012 Apple’s share was greater – 18.8%. But the share of Samsung symbolically changed over the years – only 0,1%.

Also, compared with last year grew share Sony (from 3.5% to 3.8%) and Lenovo (3, 3% to 3.9%). But Nokia’s share fell from 5.2% to 4.3%. As the share of HTC (from 4.7% to 4.4%). Thus the market is now only two players and “everything else.” Interestingly, these “all others” mostly work with Android, as and Samsung. But it was the South Korean company can produce the most successful products in price and performance.
