Indian probe entered orbit around Mars – Lenta.ru

Indian probe “Mangalyan” launched successfully on Mars. This was reported on Wednesday, September 24, Indian Space Research Organization (ISRO).

The probe entered orbit around Mars on the reverse side, resulting in communication with it was lost at 12.5 minutes. India was the first country in the world that has managed to bring the probe to Mars orbit on the first attempt, and the first Asian country, which reached this success.
