NASA astronomers have found supermassive black hole in a dwarf galaxy – RIA VladTime.ru

NASA astronomers had discovered a black hole in a dwarf galaxy called M60-UCD1, which is located at a distance of 50 million light years from our planet.

According to scientists, this galaxy is the most dense of all, where the fixed black holes of this size. In M60-UCD1 she has a lot more sun in 21 million times.
As explained by Anil Seth, head of the research group, the study was conducted with the help of adaptive optics technology and space telescope “Hubble” in Mauna Kea, in Hawaii.

Experts hypothesize about the appearance of a supermassive black hole. There is an assumption that the M60-UCD1 used to have large, but after passing close to the center of the galaxy, which has large size, lost more of their stars and the substance of the black hole. According to researchers, as a result of both galaxies can merge into one.
