Roscosmos sure that in the near future between the most developed countries will actively rivalry purpose which will control the most attractive areas of the Moon, for the construction of its plant on them.
Employees of the Russian Space Agency and Russian Academy of Sciences in its forecast noted that very soon unfold “war” for the most profitable areas on the Moon, therefore consider it necessary to consolidate Russia for the most promising for the development and further colonization place now. World News reported, the race between the major space-faring nations for the possession of the most profitable areas of the Moon, suitable for the construction of colonies and research laboratories, will begin a 20-e, 30 th year of this century. This development is completely contrary to the Outer Space Treaty, signed in 1967. It states that outer space including natural satellite of the Earth and other celestial bodies, may not be assigned to any of the existing powers.
