As part of the repair and mechanical plant foresees the construction of the production building with heavy machine park as well as the site and warehouse metal and lumber.

Cosmodrome Vostochny built near the village of Uglegorsk in the Amur region, the first launch of the carrier rocket is scheduled for December 2015, the first manned launch – 2018 year, the construction work should be completed according to plan by 30 November.
