Director of the Fund for the Development of Internet initiatives (FRII) Kirill Varlamov in the course of the meeting also noted that, in addition to the program, you need to create an inter-ministerial or supradepartmental body who have coordinated the activities in the field of various ministries and agencies, would handle the issues of development of complex projects and mechanisms to attract private and public investments.
