“Izvestia”: Prosecutor General’s Office acknowledged the legitimate collection of the Windows 10 – BBC

Prosecutor General’s Office found no violations of the law in the operating the Windows 10 of Microsoft, writes «News» .

First Deputy Prosecutor General Alexander Buksman said that Micrisoft actually collect user data, but the user’s consent to the processing of the information contained in the third paragraph of the license agreement that corresponds to the federal law “On Personal Data».

In response to parliamentary inquiry Lawyer of the Communist Party Vadim Solovyov emphasized that the FSB does not consider the possibility of leakage of protected information when using Windows 10 state bodies.
