Russian scientists have conducted a successful experiment on wireless charging of mobile phone at a distance of half a kilometer. About it RIA Novosti said the representative of the rocket-space Corporation (RKK) “Energy”.

In the future we plan to conduct an experiment for the transfer of energy from the International space station on a cargo ship “Progress”, the distance between which is approximately 1-2 kilometers. However, before that, the specialists of RSC “Energia” still practice on the drones after two or three months it is planned to charge a small aircraft, and a year – professional.
